Natural Health Education ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information when you use our mobile application.
We collect the following information when you create an account or use our app: • Full name • Email address • Password (stored securely — we never store passwords in plain text) • Profile picture (optional — only if you choose to upload one) • Course enrollment history • App usage and learning progress data We do not collect your phone number, physical address, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.
We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle all transactions depending on your platform: • Apple App Store — Payments on iOS devices are handled securely by Apple via In-App Purchases. • Google Play Store / Android — Payments are handled securely through Stripe (for credit and debit card payments) and PayPal (for PayPal account payments). We do not store, see, or have access to your full card number, CVV, PayPal credentials, or Apple account payment details. All payment data is handled directly and securely by the respective platform or processor in accordance with their own privacy policies and compliance standards. We only receive a confirmation of a successful payment and a transaction reference.
We use your information to: • Create and manage your account • Provide access to purchased courses and educational content • Save your learning progress across sessions • Display your profile within the app • Send important account notifications (e.g. payment confirmation) • Improve the app and user experience We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Profile pictures are stored in Firebase Storage with access controls. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
We may use anonymous usage analytics to understand how users interact with the app and to improve our content. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Natural Health Education is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We retain your personal information (such as your profile, course progress, and enrollment history) for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with access to our app services. If you request account deletion, all personal data, course progress, and account information will be permanently deleted from our primary servers. Transaction records may be retained for longer periods only as necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account: • Your profile, name, email, and profile picture are permanently removed • Your course enrollments and progress data are permanently deleted • Your data cannot be recovered after deletion To delete your account, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or contact us directly at the email below.
Our app uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies: • Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage) • Apple (In-App Purchase processing for iOS) • Stripe (payment processing for Android) • PayPal (payment processing for Android) We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
